A DORA Register of Information that passes on the first try.

Resio turns your Excel into a valid xBRL-CSV package for the regulator, without an enterprise tool that costs tens of thousands, and without panic before the deadline.

No installation. We don't send your data to the regulator, you submit the package yourself.

A register of information isn't an ordinary Excel.

The EU DORA regulation requires financial entities to submit a complete register of ICT providers, contracts and critical services to the regulator once a year. The catch: it must be an xBRL-CSV package following the rigid EBA taxonomy 4.0, that is 15 linked templates, control files, an exact folder structure. The regulator's automated parser rejects the entire package on any deviation. A wrong date format, a space in the ZIP name, a missing control file, an incorrect prefix in a code list, and the submission fails. Without explaining what exactly was wrong.

📊
Excel isn't enough.

The regulator doesn't accept spreadsheets. You need a machine-valid xBRL-CSV.

💸
Enterprise tools are overpriced.

GRC platforms cost tens of thousands a year and are built for large banks, not for you.

You see errors only after rejection.

The usual "build it and see" approach means repeated rejections right before the deadline.

Upload your Excel. Resio handles the rest.

Resio takes the data you already have, checks it before it builds the package, and generates an xBRL-CSV ready for submission. It shows exactly where the error is and how to fix it, before the regulator sees it.

1
Upload

Your filled-in Excel template with your data.

2
Validate

Resio finds format and code-list errors as well as cross-template inconsistencies, always with a fix suggestion.

3
Generate

A valid xBRL-CSV package in the correct structure.

4
Submit

Resio guides you on where, when and how to file the package with your national regulator.

Three-layer validation that catches what Excel can't see.

Resio doesn't just check "whether a field is filled in". It verifies the package as strictly as the regulator's parser, only a few days earlier and with a clear explanation.

📐
Format

LEI, EUID, dates, monetary values, file structure. Exactly per EBA taxonomy 4.0.

🔢
Code lists

Allowed values and prefixes in every field. No "almost right" value gets through.

🔗
Cross-checks

Consistency across 15 linked templates. A contract referencing a non-existent provider is caught here.

Every error comes with a concrete fix suggestion, not a code nobody understands.

Built for smaller financial entities.

If your register lives in Excel today and an enterprise GRC platform is unrealistically expensive for you, Resio is exactly for you:

boutique investment firms · regional and smaller brokers · fund managers · payment and e-money institutions · smaller insurers · external compliance advisors who prepare the register for several clients

We generate and validate. We don't submit.

Resio prepares and verifies your package. The submission to the regulator is done by you. You have full control over what and when you file. Your data stays yours.

Resio is a tool for preparing and validating the xBRL-CSV package. The client, or their advisor, is responsible for the completeness and accuracy of the data and for the submission itself. Resio does not replace legal or compliance advice.

One regulation, the whole EU.

DORA applies uniformly across the EU. Resio works in English, German, French and Slovak, for your company and for clients across markets.
